The cashier didn’t say one word to me as I was checking out. He didn’t give me a bag for my items which is fine but it was the most awkward transaction ever. If you’re being held against your will as an Ulta employee blink twice
I can't recommend working with Tommi highly enough. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and truly knowledgeable. She worked with my little sister, who wanted to do her own makeup for her wedding but felt overwhelmed about learning application techniques and choosing the right products. Tommi was an absolute delight—gracious, supportive, and basically a makeup fairy. If you need help with makeup and want a tasteful, classic, natural look, ask for Tommi!
The store space itself is nice and spacious, however the customer service is horrendous. Went in looking for a shampoo that was on sale and tried to get the attention of 3 different team members for help. 2 made eye contact with me and went the other direction, the 3rd blatantly ignored me while I was trying to ask for help. Went up to the register, where I asked the staff member if she knew if there were any left. She first asked me "well, did you ask anyone else" and I told her I was ignored. Love this location - they have Pat McGrath here. Also, there were two people working when I went (can't remember their names) but they were very helpful and assisted me when I had an emergency situation
