I visited this Ulta location twice recently and both experiences were disappointing. During my most recent visit, I was looking for help being shade matched for concealer and no employees acknowledged me or offered assistance. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help, even after I had been browsing for a while. This also happened on my previous visit. Today went for the discounted products. It's advertised IN STORES buy one get one %50 off of some NYX products. I bought Two blushes, concealer, and a tint. I asked if before I paid did it take the %50 off the associated yes. The total seemed off. I walked out looking at the receipt... No infact it's not %50 not even off the lowest cost item. Went to Ulta on Airport rd. Allentown for a basic makeup lesson. Michalle P. was great. She did not rush, answered all my questions and made sure I applied everything correctly. When we finished, she made sure i had a list of all the ingredients we use and in what order to apply them. I definitely recommend Michalle & Ulta on airport rd.
I shopped at Ulta last Wednesday and had trouble finding the summer fridays. Luckily the young girl with the caramel hair came over with an inviting smile ready to explain that you guys dont carry that brand. She was the sweetest. Although i didnt get her full name, ill forever be grateful she gave me alternative options. My new favorite product is now OleHendriksen all thanks to Gabi.
