Before even starting my appointment I asked the stylist if she could do the coloring and highlights that I wanted. She assured me of course! Results were nothing like I asked for. Corporate gives the run around and says they can’t do anything, only the store manager can. Asked for the dark and light stripes, got dirty blonde hair.

Had one of those experiences that make you not want to come back. Upon entrance there were no greetings from the staff. Which lead me to believe that this group of people at the entrance weren’t workers at the store. So I end up ripping and running around the store, trying to look for a product. I eventually go back to the front and ask if that same group of people worked at Ulta. This is the worse, I MEAN WORSE Ulta I ever been too especially the 6”3 manager and workers. I did an online pick up order and waited 15 minutes just to be told I need my ID and the email confirmation, like the confirmation isn’t enough. What is this TSA, do I need to bring my social security next time. Once I get in line for pick up. I wasn’t helped for ANOTHER 15 minutes. The 6”3 African American Manager with no name tag is the worse. This was so horrible that I had to make a SECOND review. Took over 30 minutes to get an online order. She needs to stop flirting with the customers and do her job or tell the workers who didn’t help me at all to check me out after waiting that long. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL THEY GET RID OF THAT MANAGER. Might even make a 3rd review because this was the worse experience in my life.

Olivia did my make up for a dance recital; I am 53 and take adult dance lessons and performed in the yearly dance recital. I did not want to deal with doing my own makeup to perform on stage so I booked with Olivia and glad I did. I was very happy with her work and hope she is still there next June for next recital so I can book with her again. Thanks Olivia!
