Ashley was wonderful! I came into this location looking for a lip liner and she was extremely helpful, kind and patient
I was in the store for 25 minutes with no help. Only time an associate came up to me was 3 minutes before closing letting me know they were closing. I spent all that time trying to find my correct color for foundation on a new brand. Hoping I picked the right one because I have no clue! Not even a “welcome to Ulta” when walking in. No manager even engaging with customers one walked past me in bright pink 3 times. A color match would’ve been nice. My daughter goes here, just about every month. Her nails always look good. She loves it
Ulta is amazing. The staff is not very approachable tho. Im always afraid to ask questions because the women look at each other and laugh seemingly at the customer. Maybe im overly sensitive but I don't like being made to feel some type of way. I would give 5 stars but with the staff I just cant
