Every time I go to Ulta, the customer service is great! They're willing to help so you're not walking aimlessly around not knowing where a product is. This store is soooo clean. My favorite beauty associate is a darker woman who also works at Macys. She is so knowledgeable about fragrances! She sold my boyfriend. Chanel. Saleswoman of the year here. This place has great customer service. Every time I am there. They are helpful, and kind without being pushy. Shoutout to DJ, she is just fabulous. Also Jacob has helped me several times with foundation matching and suggestions. Every place should be this nice, clean and organized.
