I've been going to the Ulta in Harrisburg and have always had wonderful experiences! The stylist I go to was all booked up for the day of my engagement photos so I decided to come to this ulta just for a blow out. I brought photos of my hair the last time my stylist at the Harrisburg ultra worked on it, and I made the appointment ahead of time listing that I was coming in for a blow out and scalp wash which had the price listed at $70. Love me some Ulta—it’s basically a candy store, but for all things skincare. I’m all about ponds, cold creams, and pampering my face rather than masking it with makeup. That said, I can’t help but wander the makeup aisles to see what’s trending… purely for research purposes, of course. My goal? Perfect skin texture, not hiding imperfections.
