Emily was great
All was fine (I have basically invested in Ulta all my life.) until the saleswoman Dana aggressively grabbed the products I had intended to purchase from me in an aggressive manner, snapping “Don’t come back.” I have no idea why she would do this? It was rude, it was embarrassing, and I was refused service because of her actions. These are the same staple products I always buy. Now it’s Sephora.
