Ulta is by far one of my favorite stores!!! I had my hair cut at the Ulta in Hanover, Pa on Eisenhower Dr. Kyla cut my hair and she was by far one of the nicest, most genuine person I have met in a long time!!! She was so kind and attentive to my needs. I told her what I wanted and she took her time and really was in tuned to the style I wanted. If I could give her 10 starts I would. Highly recommend her services. She’s amazing
