This was my third or fourth visit to the Northgate Ulta location and unfortunately, I've always had a not-very-great experience. This time, I decided I had to write a review. First things first, I appreciated the associates roaming the store asking shoppers if we need assistance. That's a nice touch, and I'll give this location kudos for delivering in that area. Acudí a Ulta Beauty con la intención de realizarme una depilación de cejas, esperando un servicio profesional y cuidadoso. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia fue sumamente decepcionante. I came into this location with my niece, and the energy was completely off from the start. One associate walked down our aisle with her arms crossed, staring at us like we were doing something wrong it was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Then when she helped another customer nearby, she said “I’m sorry, I’m looking” in a dismissive way that felt like she was implying we needed to move. It came off rude and unnecessary.
