My sister and I came in today to get some skin care products. An employee named Rochelle helped us so much. She was so knowledgeable and tailored products to what we needed. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or rushed into buying anything. Such amazing customer service!! Would highly recommend coming here if you need help putting together a skin care routine.
When I came in the store there were several employees hurdled together talking. No one greeted me or even looked my way. As I was shopping I needed help so I had to ask a girl for help, she was helpful. Once I got to the register I needed to verify my account where I felt like the manager was rushing me. I then told her that she shouldn't be rushing me when nobody even greeted me or assisted me while I shopped. I was unable to get my reward items and unfortunately won't shop at this location again. Poor customer service.
This was my third or fourth visit to the Northgate Ulta location and unfortunately, I've always had a not-very-great experience. This time, I decided I had to write a review. First things first, I appreciated the associates roaming the store asking shoppers if we need assistance. That's a nice touch, and I'll give this location kudos for delivering in that area. very poor stock of OPI products. staff not as attentive as i have experienced at other ulta locations.
