After shopping at Ulta for nearly 10 years, I have decided to stop shopping there altogether. My most recent experience at the Kenwood location, specifically during a return with Sarah, was the final straw. Unfortunately, my experiences at other locations have not been much better. The manager at this store extremely polite and friendly. I always look for her whenever I need help or recommendations.
Honestly just kinda off putting and a little rude. She just wouldn’t explain how to do something and I felt unwelcome, trust me i get annoying customers and having bad days but like it just wasn’t the greatest customer service
Amazing customer service. Clean store. Large availability of products and brands. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. The sales are wonderful and the rewards program is phenomenal!
Went in to buy a hair product but didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. Got a recommendation from Stephanie and she was so kind and helpful! Sarah checked me out at the register and she was also so lovely! I always have a good experience at this Ulta!
