Went in to buy a hair product but didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. Got a recommendation from Stephanie and she was so kind and helpful! Sarah checked me out at the register and she was also so lovely! I always have a good experience at this Ulta!

very sweet staff from experiences when i've asked questions and at checkout but the few times I have shopped here I’ve been followed around the store pretty much the whole time. I work retail so I understand being safe but seriously it is horribly uncomfortable to try to shop when you think the entire staff thinks you’re a thief.

Came into the store not knowing exactly what I was looking for and, thankfully, was asked by the sales manager if I needed any help. She walked me around the store to find each piece I needed, explained the differences between products, made sure I was happy with what I was purchasing and explained the return process in case there were any issues. Fantastic customer service and really helped me out!

Viktor was so sweet and totally fixed my box color job! I had totally botched it (picture on the left) and went way too light, plus missed a few spots in the front. He made it look so much better (picture on the right) and was able to get me in on my day off. 5 stars!!
