Blatantly disappointing makeup service. There seemed to be zero knowledge of basic makeup application. My foundation was left visibly patchy and uneven, and the artist couldn’t even properly shade match me I literally had to help her figure out which shade to use. What made it worse was that they use all the old, dried-out products from the testers customers. It was so dry it barely even came off or applied properly. Horrible experience and absolutely not worth paying for. Do better Ulta.

I really used to like this location but I feel like some of the workers are quick to give incorrect responses especially when you don't "seem" like the type to argue. I had an employee incorrectly tell me that a mini of a concealer didn't exist at all even though it is available on the Ulta website and she had a rude tone. Another one told me I couldn't use a student discount coupon (which includes prestige) during a sale which is strange as their current bogo free sale does not involve an additional coupon code.

Bought a mouse at the Beavercreek branch. It didn't function, so I returned it to this branch because it was near my work. Did an even exchanged of the exact same mouse and they charged me $0.16. She just shrugged and said they had different taxes. So their company sold me a faulty product and charged me for the inconvenience of exchanging it! I get 16 cents isn't the end of the world. But seriously?

They kept looking at me when I wasn’t doing anything and thought I was stealing when I wasn’t I was smelling the perfume, worst aulta ever

I was in with an older woman who has limited English. Courtney was so patient and helpful as she helped her find the right color foundation. Great service!!
