If I could give 0 stars I would.. I visited your Dayton location on October 9, 2025, and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Ulta. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged me. Multiple employees were stocking shelves and bumping into me as I tried to shop. At one point, I was clearly looking at a product on a shelf that an employee was stocking, and she made no effort to step aside or even acknowledge me.
