I just had my eyebrows waxed & tinted by Barbara on Thursday. I am very picky about how they look but Barbara did a fabulous job! I even got a compliment on my brows the next day! I highly recommend going to her!
I have been shopping at this Ulta for over ten years and I don’t think I’ve ever had any sort of positive experience with customer service. I only continue to shop here since it’s close and has a good inventory relative to other locations. HOWEVER. On my recent visit, while the employees greeted me (which is not always the case) the cashier was quite condescending and rude.
