WAITING FOR A REFUND.Very unhappy with the ear piercing I received last Wednesday 2/11/26 in your Strongsville ULTA salon. Wasn't until out in daylight in my car I saw just how low on the earlobe the piercing on the one lobe was. Other one not placed good either.
