I’ve been shopping at Ulta for over a decade enjoying their products and reward points. This was my first visit at this Ulta in Stow, and it was extremely disappointing. The girl at the checkout counter was rude and snob and made me feel that I shouldn’t shop here, and I don’t belong. Great customer service and products are always available
My coupon didn't work and they didn't even try to help me figure out why. I wouldve bought something else if they could have told me what the issue was. I want to love it here but I keep having bad experiences. No one is friendly or helpful. Update from 3 stars to 5. I came in for a cleansing balm I liked and couldn't find it. The associate that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I love the clinique take the day off balm she recommended SO much! I wish I knew her name because she will keep me going back now!
