I was in this store location today around 4 pm. Cashier Alyssa was rude to me for no reason, simply because I didn't want to become a member and provide my phone number. She got obviously mad at me and her passive aggressive behavior was totally unappropriate. Seriously, lady, if you can't control your temper, don't choose a job thar requires dealing with customers.
Customer service is non--existent! I walked in and what looked like a supervisor, walked away. I had to ask for help.DO BETTER! I did this review while I was in the line at Ulta waiting to be assisted. I added another star because when Markeda (not sure if I’m spelling her name right) was sent to help me, she was very personable, helpful, and polite. Markeda had great customer service.

The WORST customer service from a woman named Sosi. God forbid as a professional full time shopper I walk into a store I've personally never shopped at and asked where a few items were that I had already been searching for. Asked her twice before help before she rudely pointed me off in the direction where I had already been looking. Refusing to take what little "help" was offered I asked again and said I looked there.
