I’ve tried giving the Mayfield Ulta the benefit of the doubt because I genuinely love Ulta, but this is not my first negative interaction with the same employee, Sosi. Today was the last straw. I came in with a few items to return because they didn’t work for my skin, which is exactly what Ulta’s return policy is for. Went in today 11/3 to find some perfume. I eventually found a worker and she looked at me and just kept doing what she was doing. I walked up to her and said hello, it took her a second to respond like she was annoyed. I asked her where it was and she's like "thats in fragrance" Okay I understand that but idk where it is.
