Our experience was terrible, unfortunately. $84 for a haircut and relaxer that looks like the hairdresser gave up halfway! but the lady with the blue hair did her hair, her name is Theresa, don’t trust it. $84 dollars, plus the manager asked for a tip at the register. It was so bad me and her both left crying. She’s busy with jobs and don’t even have the time to go to anyone else. Ulta employees are the worst people. Especially this store, came in for some stuff and didn’t know anything about makeup. I asked for help the girl was really dismissive.She said she thinks my undertone is grey. Funny I guess. I got my things and was leaving they basically forced me to get a credit card I didn’t want. Absolutely unacceptable experience. My mother recently went into this Ulta to make a purchase and used tap-to-pay at checkout. The money was immediately taken from her account, yet the employees told her the transaction had been “declined.” She was given no merchandise, no receipt, no documentation showing a declined transaction, and no meaningful explanation for why more than $40 had just disappeared from her available funds. DO NOT give this location your business. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. We had an Apple Cash transaction that was shown as declined, yet the amount was still deducted from the available balance. What we were asking for was simple: printed documentation from the POS system showing that the attempted transaction, for a specific amount and time, was declined, voided, or otherwise not completed.
