Love the ulta brand in general, but did not have a pleasant experience at this location. The other reviews about potential prejudice against POC are valid. There was weird energy from the cashier Julia. She refused to help me find an item I was looking for, and then refused to service me but serviced other races. This is the very definition of discrimination, and illegal! (The manager stated she would “talk” with the cashier and that’s it. No apology or reassurance about the ULTA brand.)
5 star for the awesome customer service from Julia. She searched the whole store just to find one product for me. Give her a raise!
I got my hair shampooed/conditioned and prepped for a style by Theresa D @ the Ulta salon in Mayfield. She provided information about the products she used and did exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend going back to her!
Theresa cut and styled my hair with skill and taste. Beah is also lovely and she helped me match my face color with the perfect CC cream Jocelyn (Warren's wife)
The store offers very little selection in Men's products.When asked for a specific type of product, the associate was confused and then point to a general direction in the store.
