I love Julia!! she’s the best, go see her! she was very patient and helped a first time person who is learning how to do their makeup very well. She took her time make sure i had the proper shades and was happy with everything i chose. if you go to Mayfield Ulta, ask for her
I am honestly done with ULTA... their promotions are misleading at best. This is the third time I have spent a significant amount of time looking for the "advertised" product to be told that it is either excluded or they don't have it. I find their promotional tactics to be deplorable switch and bait.
