been here for root touch up .appointment at 7:15 and i reach there at 7:30 she had client on the chair so she made me wait around 1 hour and in a last i told her to just touch up my root i offer her to i wash my hair at my home still i was ready to pay full price but she made excuses and i have to leave with my disappointment. she ruined my hour why she not told me before we are late ? i ask her tree times.so so unprofessional. why i made appointment with ulta beauty
