Crazy how disinterested and dismissive staff is. No worries, my money spends the same at Sephora.

Took some young girls 7year olds to get the sparkle extensions. The man who was putting them in was so unfriendly and rude that it was so hard to even let him touch the child’s hair. I continued so the girls weren’t upset. But I will never spend another cent in that store. Probably the worst attitude I have had to deal with in years. And yes I’m letting everyone know.
I had to return something & it went smoothly.
Cannot say enough good things about Shannon in the salon! My daughter had her first hair appointment this morning and the original stylist didn’t show up, Shannon fit her in in between clients and was so patient (toddlers don’t always want to sit still) and kind and did such a good job..we will be coming back! Also Jessica who works there but was off the clock was also amazing she talked and danced with my daughter and got her candy to sit still.
