I was at ulta struggling to find the perfect shade of foundation for my aging skin tone. Natalie was so friendly and was more than happy to guide me thru and test a couple on me so I would be more than happy with my purchase. She was very informative! I loved her customer service skills and her friendliness!
Walked in... no one greets you or even looks at you. Two employees standing right at the entrance and just continue gossip to each other. There was barely anyone around to ask for help, and they didn't have the products that I wanted anyways.
Staff very helpful, friendly. Found a couple bargains. Very clean, organized environment.
