Walked in... no one greets you or even looks at you. Two employees standing right at the entrance and just continue gossip to each other. There was barely anyone around to ask for help, and they didn't have the products that I wanted anyways.
Staff very helpful, friendly. Found a couple bargains. Very clean, organized environment.

jennifer is absolutely amazing. she started my hair at 12:45 on a sunday and stayed an hour and half after ulta had already closed to make my hair perfect. i came in with dirty blonde/brown hair and left with silver platinum blonde and hot pink highlights. 7 and half hours with bleach on my head and my hair has no damage. i’ll be going again!
