I had to book a last minute hair appointment today because JCPenney told me the stylist I booked wouldn’t be back for an hour after my appointment time. I’m glad I did though because Sydney Goad was amazing! She was so thorough about every single detail to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She was very friendly and skilled and I will happily return!

giving 3 stars just because it’s like any retail store and however i asked an employee for help with perfume and she told me to chatgpt it?? she literally said type to into chatgpt ulta perfumes and that it would tell me everything better than she could, what’s the point of the employee if you’re just gonna make me look it up myself? i also hate ai! i know that’s a personal preference but seriously why are you telling me to use chatgpt for the inventory when you as an employee should already know it! and again not everyone s... read more

Everything is clearly labeled, well stocked and clean. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Lena is someone to ask for with any need for guidance on selections of products or opinions on skincare.
