Friendly staff
Very surprised on the new look of store that they don't to keep up with it, like with the tester not made or properly put on the right way. Store would look a lot better if they did. The store manager that checked me out was very professional and friendly.
Overall bad experiences with this location and with Ulta in general because I’ve had very similar experiences at other locations. I’ve visited this store twice in the last few months and none of the employees acknowledged me either time. Today, about 5 or 6 employees were chatting with each other and nobody said hello or asked if they could help.
