Don’t get your eyebrows done by ash here. She messed up so bad after i asked for specifics, save yourself the embarrassment. Left the store crying
The store is fine, but the staff isn’t very friendly.
First, let me say that Shameka, the hair stylist, is the best I've ever seen and I'm over 50! She is an amazing stylist and wonderful person on top of that! I can't say enough about her! Second, everyone I have spoken to in this store is absolutely fabulous! Everyone is kind and helpful and makes me feel welcome. I have not had such a great experience at other Ulta stores but the employees here, as well as the manager, are wonderful. I love visiting this store and chatting with everyone there.
