I was so fortunate to have YOLANDA to help me at The Clinique counter. She was so helpful and took up time with me to get me the exact colors and product that I needed. The reason a 3 was given because the staff needs to be trained on the products location in the store.. The last 3 times I've went in for perfume and the employee literally had to search 10 minutes for the item
