I'm never disappointed by Ulta. There are a couple brands I wish were carried here, but that's irrelevant to this review. The staff are always helpful and usually very knowledgeable, and I've yet to find a dirty, poorly-kept store. Cosmetics in general are expensive these days, but Ulta's prices are consistent to the market. They do have some great sales, though, and that is the best time to shop here. (Or at any Cosmetic/beauty/skin- and body- care store).
Ulta is always such a great shopping experience. The store is clean, bright, organized, and easy to shop, which makes it enjoyable whether I am stopping in for something specific or just browsing. I really appreciate the wide selection of products because they carry everything from everyday essentials to higher-end beauty items, all in one place.
