I've been reading through the reviews and the most recent one from T. Clayton has no follow-up. I reached out to her regarding her racist experience and NO ONE from Ulta has followed up. Shame on you for allowing employees to show discrimination because of the color of someone's skin and be followed around the store
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the Brunswick, Ga Ulta Beauty store, store #447. As an African American woman and a long-time Ulta customer, I came in to shop like anyone else. Instead of being welcomed, I was followed and treated with suspicion by a staff member — behavior that was humiliating and completely unwarranted. Great service - love the ability to try something and return it when it does not work for you. You just cannot always tell until you have actually tried some products. That keeps me coming back!
