Very little customer service at this store. Unfortunately, it appears some of thr employees are preoccupied with their phones and when I ask for assistance, I am made to feel like I'm bothering them. Will definitely be shopping at the Jacksonville or Pooler Ulta from now on.
I love this Ulta store. The staff are courteous and friendly and answer all my questions when it comes to my beauty needs.
