Dirty store i.e., counters, mirrors, shelving w/ displays, . Inventory is scarce, disorganized, dried out & samples are dirty, few, not maintained... the floor associates are busy talking to each other instead of assisting customers. They don't smile & act like it's a bother to answer the customer's questions. Often, they are not educated about the products available in the store. Do better Ulta: I've been doing business with Ulta for many years now: maybe even 10 years now.
