This Ulta can feel chaotic to me at times. I don’t think I’ve ever shopped here & had a pleasant cashier. They seem like they hate their job. But on my recent visit, Avery helped me out with choosing perfumes. He was so helpful & offered me a lot of different suggestions. The experience in this store is great until you get to checkout. Maybe some better register training since that is the last impression the customer has of the store.

I had issues with two separate orders (same day) of the Valentino Born in Roma travel sets. On both occasions, the packages contained only the 0.2 FL oz bottle, while the second bottle was missing. I only reordered the 2nd set because the 1st initial order was missing one of the perfumes. Dirty store i.e., counters, mirrors, shelving w/ displays, . Inventory is scarce, disorganized, dried out & samples are dirty, few, not maintained... the floor associates are busy talking to each other instead of assisting customers. They don't smile & act like it's a bother to answer the customer's questions. Often, they are not educated about the products available in the store. Do better Ulta: I've been doing business with Ulta for many years now: maybe even 10 years now.
