Loyal Customer Disappointed – Switching to Sephora. I have been a loyal Ulta customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars shopping online with them. Recently, I tried to return two items I purchased on Ulta.com that were unused, unopened, and in perfect condition. To my frustration, I was told I could not return them by mail, even though I bought them online. The only option offered was to drive two hours to the nearest store.
