I came in with messed up extensions that someone else had put in 3 weeks ago and they were already coming out and I paid a lot of money for them. Katy saved the day! She used the same extensions and colored them and put them in correctly! She is amazing at what’s she does!
Today I was in the presence of a Brow wizard, NAY a Brow Genius!! Her name is Tawny and she is a legit jewel. Do not sleep on the brow service at Ulta! They have some professionally trained and knowledgeable staff for brows. Today I got my brows, waxed, tinted and laminated. Color me impressed!! I have been coming to this Ulta for many years, never had an issue everyone is super sweet and helpful. My last trip there i experienced something very uncomfortable. An employee for the store would not stop following me around and hovering over me. I had many other bags in hand and did not invoke any weird behavior on my part for her to watch me as i shopped.
