If I could give lower reviews, I would. I went to Ulta a while back and got my haircut and they screwed it up and it took quite a while for it to grow out. I didn’t make any more appointments with them until this month, I thought they could handle an updo for a wedding. I’m going to tomorrow. They called today to cancel. Even though if they have another stylus on staff, they offered no options to make it up to me.
