The people who work there are awesome and always attentive to any questions you may need to ask.
They ruined my hair!! I went for root touch up and gloss refresh and a keratin treatment… going in, I told the stylist that I loved how my soft highlights looked and loved my hair overall, I just wanted the roots and something to refresh it (my “formula was supposed to be saved in the system)… the gloss was applied before the color was applied to the roots, the product sat too long and it wasn’t the same color anyway… my hair ended very super dark that it covered all my highlights and the roots were not done evenly!, stylist... read more
