I placed the order online and chose in-store pickup instead of curbside. The store has a dedicated pickup line, which made the process quick and easy. I just needed my ID and the order barcode.

I arrived as the doors were opened. Plenty of staff and I quickly found what I needed. I stopped in the restroom. There were 2 Hispanic ladies at the sink. Looked like they were just hanging out in there. After I used the bathroom they were still there. They kept talking in Spanish and I couldn’t wash my hands because they were in my way. Where do I even begin, I put in a pickup order and waited over two hours, nobody even put the order together, then I was told I had to put my own pick up order together, no one would help me find the items, so I canceled it, I eventually find a couple things I need and checkout, just to be told by the incredibley rude manager, that the tarte shape tape doesnt come with a free brush they ran out months ago, ok TAKE THE SIGNS down that say you get a free brush then????
