Staff isn't helpful nor friendly anytime I go in.
I had an amazing experience with Havana at Ulta! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect powder and other makeup products that truly fit my needs. She took her time, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Her patience, knowledge, and dedication made my visit exceptional. Highly recommend seeing Havana if you want personalized, thoughtful help!
Friendly Center Ulta. Paid $115 to walk out of the salon with my hair looking like this. Booked a trim and deep conditioning service. While sitting in the side chairs the "elite" stylist was going back and forth with me about what she could do with my hair because she couldn't be late for her next hair appt because that client had an appt that she couldn't be late for. I had an AMAZING experience thanks to two wonderful workers Diamond and Jhada. They were so very helpful and patient with me. I am a still a beginner in the makeup scene, but with their help, my makeup has come out so beautiful and perfect. Again, I am SO SO SO appreciative of these amazing Ulta workers. Definitely deserve a raise and a shoutout!!!
Omgggg !!! Came here to return my lip pencil and left with a BANGING lip combo!!! All of the shout outs go to TAYLOR💗!! She was so helpful !!
