I wouldn’t recommend this location if you expect to be treated with courtesy and patience. I had to make a return and was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service I received. The store associate, Nykajiah, seemed visibly annoyed by my questions regarding the exchange and made me feel like an inconvenience. Her tone was rude and rushed, showing clear impatience. Huge shout out to Julia/Julie (I’m sorry I can’t remember exactly) but you were great! She spent so much time with me helping me find multiple products. She also shade matched me perfectly. She recommended products but didn’t force anything on me. I told her my issues and concerns and she knew exactly what to recommend. I wish I knew her schedule; I’d only come in while she’s working lol I hope you see this Julia! Thanks a lot
