Had an appointment for an updo for my daughter for prom. A few days before our appointment we were called to see if we could change our appointment time due to a change in staffing. We were happy to accommodate. Big disappointment! We arrived five minutes early and our stylist wasn’t there for her shift yet. We waited and when she arrived she barely acknowledged us. all i’m going to say is that one stylist named Stephanie was just straight up rude leaving mid conversation without excusing herself.. oh and not to mention she barely spoke at our “consultation” and never greeted me because she’ll rather laugh with some other client that she had before me no she didn’t ended up doing my hair.. boo and made another appointment for me to come back because apparently my hair needs to be bleach to get the hair that i showed as a inspo pic even though i’m trying to go back dark cause i’m blond... read more

Nya in the salon is brilliant. She’s amazing with color and has a fun spirit about her. She went above and beyond for us and we appreciate her!
I was struggling with color matching my foundation/shade and Kelly was an absolute lifesaver! She took her time, really listened to what I needed, and helped me find the perfect match without rushing me at all. Her knowledge and patience made such a difference. I highly recommend asking for Kelly if you’re in there!
