I took my granddaughter on a birthday shopping spree and everyone was very nice. So accommodating and helpful with questions that were asked. The girls were awesome!
Kiersten and Kat displayed unprofessional behavior during my visit. They work in the same area and failed to greet me or offer assistance, whereas they engaged with another customer. Notably, they are white, and I am black, which raises concerns about racial bias.
