I did not like how Donovan entered the same aisle I was in and pretended to look for items on the shelf. He lingered in that aisle for an excessive amount of time, making the situation uncomfortable. I also ended up spending far more than I had intended, which only added to my frustration. Went in around the holiday season for make-up, with no idea where to start. Thankfully, Shamey came to my rescue. She helped me find a few products that would fit my needs, matched to my skin tone, and showed me how to use them. I just walked into this store to do a no-receipt return. My husband bought my daughter a gift that she ended up with 2 of. Unfortunately, in the Christmas chaos, the receipt is nowhere to be found. I explained to the caahier that I was positive my husband didn’t use a rewards account, he wouldn’t even know what that was. Therefore needing the no-receipt return.
