This Ulta is terrible. Very bad customer service from the staff and even the managers. There was a pleasant young lady that used to work here... she wasnt here long and I can see why. These women and others that work here are very toxic. I will not return.
I believe everyone has a bad day and the manager is so rude. She is not a lawyer and she is very unprofessional to her customers.
It was fine. Customer service was meh. Employees just stand around and don't really know much but are nice.
I did not like how Donovan entered the same aisle I was in and pretended to look for items on the shelf. He lingered in that aisle for an excessive amount of time, making the situation uncomfortable. I also ended up spending far more than I had intended, which only added to my frustration. What stood out to me was that there were white women in the store whom he did not approach or hover near at all.
