Being one star because I’ve never had an issue at Ulta before and until today, when the girl that was training, she was so slow and un knowledgeable, made my experience so bad that I actually ended up returning the item I paid for
I was checked out by Janiya and having some trouble with my account/ birthday rewards, she was SO sweet and helpful and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience even when I had to step to the side to try and figure things out. Shout out to Janiya at this location, she’s awesome!!
