Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Ulta Beauty. The customer service was far below expectations — the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the manager was especially arrogant and dismissive. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether they made a sale or not. I came in ready to buy, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy completely turned me away. It’s a shame, because the store has potential, but the way customers are treated makes it hard to want to return.

I like this place but I do have 2 minor downsides. 1) The products are much more expensive than online and sometimes it is hard to find staff to help. The upside is when you do find someone..they are really great.

This is my fave location besides Beaver Creek Commons. The store is mostly clean, friendly staff, merch stocked, plenty of selection, and decent hairstylists.

I have my first photo shoot in 9 years coming up. I don’t wear much makeup in my day to day life, so I needed a lot of help! Thank God for Shae and Reem at the Ulta in Holly Springs. I came in on Saturday with my 6 year old and a list with pages of products I needed. When I asked Reem if she was busy she said no and was happy to assist me.She knew exactly where everything on my list was and took me directly to each product. I had the best experience during my makeup session with Stephanie! She did an absolutely amazing job—she brought to life exactly the look I had pictured and described. It turned out even better than I imagined! Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so sweet and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend her enough!
