Good products but that’s literally it DON’T EVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE. I went in for LONG LAYERS and left with absolute bs tried convincing myself in store it’s not that bad but when I immediately got home broke down in tears for hours. I had been getting parts of my hair dyed blonde with a stylist at this Ulta salon for a while. The blonde pieces started breaking off, so I wanted to dye my entire head a light brown to prevent further damage. Before my appointment, I texted my stylist to make sure we still had enough time since this would be a different service than originally scheduled. She said it would be fine. Can’t say enough good things about Hana who works in the salon area. Kind, skilled, professional.
One word.. Callie! I was a little hesitant to get my eyebrows done at Ulta because I could have gone to my usual nail salon for about half the price. But after too many hit-or-miss experiences, I decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I did! She did an amazing job. I have naturally thick eyebrows, and she shaped them beautifully without overdoing them.
