Came in the store for shampoo, tried to get help in the salon but the girl laying on the counter didn’t acknowledge me, too busy on her phone. This place looks trashy.

It’s vey hard to navigate to the restrooms when there are so many carts in the hallway. I couldn’t get my wheelchair through… it took several attempts before an employee came to help pull them away

When I got off I searched the closest ulta bc I needed some more shampoo and conditioner, somehow I ended up in “Gastonia”. I had to use the restroom and the one girl completely ignored me, and the other girl I approached, then I said “hello” and she was like hello in a sarcastic way, then when I went to check out I tried to use my coupon, they were very rushful, rude & not helpful at all. I’ll be sticking to the regular two ultas I go to. Hire better employees at this location. Thank ya.

I had a wonderful experience with Madison at the benefit brow bar. She was experienced, kind and so nice to talk to. I loved how my eyebrows came out. I would highly recommend coming to see her!
