This place is RATCHET!!! How yall charge so much for services, but then don’t provide ACTUAL service?
I was told by the associates that I could use try the skin care because I break out a lot. Then a lady approaches me and said “you can’t do that here “ since I was playing Mexican music she said “you can’t do that here.” I was getting ready to purchase the products because my skin was able to tolerate the product for once. This location sucks. Placed an order for pickup and they gave me an empty box for a $30 mascara. Then when you come back in to the store to return something, they only have one or two cashiers with the rest of the employees just walking around. The line is always like 10 people deep and takes forever. Meanwhile, they have someone at the door handing out shopping bags or someone in line passing out samples.
