I needed a new shade for skintone for the summer because my daily life is all over the place. Had a sour experience being advised by Gina on 6/17/26 that I couldn’t make returns without being a rewards member. As a shopper who sometimes intentionally tests the system for customer service etiquette without providing any loyalty ID, it’s unfortunate to be lied to as an attempt of coercion. I was also never greeted or acknowledged during my shopping experience. Very disappointing experience.
I had a very uncomfortable experience at Ulta in gastonia with a Kopari brand representative brown hair. Short, heavy set woman, pony tail. She was extremely pushy and immediately began pointing out what she considered flaws on my face, which felt unprofessional and insulting. Rather than asking about my skincare concerns or preferences, she continuously pushed multiple products on me and seemed to expect that I would purchase all of them.
