Not sure the ladies names I encountered today. One was working perfume area and the other was a lovely lady who I believe had reddish hair. I left my entire makeup case at home. This lady helped me so much with finding what fit for me! She went above and beyond. The perfume lady helped my husband before I made it over. She took her time finding exactly the scents I like while showing me a variety of others! Thank you ladies so much for helping us! Best experience I’ve had at a ulta and it wasn’t in my hometown!
Terrible customer service. 18 employees there just walking around like they out to lunch. Celia was the only associate that was helpful.
Nice place
Initially, I was satisfied with my previous order and decided to purchase the larger bottle, which was accompanied by a gift. However, I did not receive the gift and was informed that I needed to add it to my order. This was an extremely unreasonable request, as a gift should automatically be included when purchasing a product. I attempted to contact the Ultra Beauty store , but they had me on hold! This is very frustrating and disappointing
