A great cosmetics store on Main St. of Fairfax city offering a diverse selection of beauty and salon products and services. A very well organized store with each product line comprehensively labeled and knowledgeable sales staff who never push anyone to buy their products. Bought a nice Dot Eau de Parfum bottle which I couldn't find anywhere else. Though I wouldn’t recommend their gel manicure. Gel wasn’t applied properly and the shine wasn’t even for all my fingers. Re: Ulta in Denton, Texas May 10, 2014 was Prom for Ryan High School in Denton Texas. I booked appointments for hair & makeup 3 weeks ahead of the prom. 2 weeks before the hair stylist, Chantal, called & said it was her brother's graduation night but she would book with an alternate stylist and text me the details. I will NEVER go there again. They messed up my hair so bad that i have been crying ever since. They wont give me my money back and the manager is one of the rudest people i have ever met in my life. She belittled me and talked to me like i was mentally challenged. She tried to blame me for the reason my hair was messed up. The customer service is the worst ever! I was a loyal customer for years and went back to find that jill (the prestige manager) was no longer there. She was the only one who new anything and could run circles around everyone... I found out that the manager Cindy fired her because she called saying she was going to be late and was only 5 min late! No wonder they are always sending out coupons! I like the store, it's clean & the help is mostly friendly, but I can get things for much less through other stores. =(
I do not want to go back to the mckinney store. The customer service was very poor!!! Not helpful and very rude salesperson, left the store very upset!!!!
Color was ok, cut was mediocre at best. The "stylist" pulled my hair, ripping through knots while coloring and when I made a comment he said I was "just going to have to deal". He slapped hair against my face, splashing color all over me. When he was washing my hair he got a large wad of soap in my ear, my daughter pointed it out and he said "oh chill, this too shall pass" I asked for an angled bang, showed him a picture and he had to talk his way through it.
