I loved this Ulta because of Ashely's incredible service. She was very kind and a very nice person, she knew how to explain things to me very well. All her knowledge is very good, and honestly, her service was incredible.
Unable to cancel a pick up order over the phone when the important part of my order is missing. I’m not about to drive out there just to cancel an order, there should be an option to cancel an order if your items are missing anyway. Especially if it messes up my ability to use a promo code.
Soledad was super welcoming as soon as I walked in. She was kind and helpful. She had on the best smelling perfume and showed me what she was wearing. She matched me perfectly to two different brands of foundation based on what I explained I wanted and my skin type. If you find yourself at this location, I would recommend asking for her!
