Love my ulta. Today Im happy because my favorite sales person was working. Christian is amazing he takes time to explain the products and has patience. He truly cares about helping you get the right products . I hope he continues to be a part of this ulta store... thanks Angela

I did not even go inside once I noticed that they do Not have Any Handicap Parking but they have Curb Pickup Parking! Also, No Ramp for Wheelchairs or walkers! So, that just lets me know that they only care about perfect people here. And, Please do Not Respond by saying that there is Handicap Parking because it is Literally only in Front of Home Goods and Pet Smart!!!

I’ve come to this Ulta many times before and have had no issues, but this past time I gave my mother the advice to go ask an associate for help with her foundation since she’s been having color match issues. I was appalled at the behavior from an associate laughing and making comments about her foundation match instead of simply helping her or giving advice. Had a hair appointment with Kaitlyn and she absolutely nailed it. My hair looks phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier. She had me chose each tone and color for my hair from a book to get me exactly what I wanted and even took the time to fix red color bleeding into a highlight.

I've gone into ulta so much I know half the team at this point! I went back for the first time in months and the the support as always was fantastic. They are quite literally the best!
