Salon, EMILY. I came into the salon a few weeks ago as a first time customer with very, very damaged and very miss colored hair. I had made the mistake a few years ago of dying my hair red when I’ve always worn it platinum blonde, and I tried everything at home to get rid of the red, but it just would not go away. I went in today to pick up my usual foundation and was completely thrown off by the service. I was not greeted when I walked in even though the girl at the register had no guest. I got my eyebrows done with Virtue and she was the absolute best! I love how they turned out and she was so kind! Will definitely be booking an appointment with her again!
I had a hair appointment booked for over a week and even confirmed my appointment via the text message they sent us. When we got there for our appointment our stylist was doing someone else’s hair. We were told she was almost done. After waiting for 34 minutes PAST our SCHEDULED & CONFIRMED appointment we were still not seen. Very upsetting.
