I went in today to pick up my usual foundation and was completely thrown off by the service. I was not greeted when I walked in even though the girl at the register had no guest. Another associate walked passed me as she I was searching for my product. Another group of ladies and a gentlman huddled never acknowledged me. I got my eyebrows done with Virtue and she was the absolute best! I love how they turned out and she was so kind! Will definitely be booking an appointment with her again!
I had a hair appointment booked for over a week and even confirmed my appointment via the text message they sent us. When we got there for our appointment our stylist was doing someone else’s hair. We were told she was almost done. After waiting for 34 minutes PAST our SCHEDULED & CONFIRMED appointment we were still not seen. Very upsetting.
Wife loves all of the ladies who work there. They are always helpful and extremely nice.
Got my eyebrows done with Virtue and she is so kind and so so good at what she does. I am so happy with the way my eyebrows have turned out. She knows exactly what worked with my face shape and how to handle my sensitive skin type. Nothing but good things to say about her!
