Always had a good experience at benefit brow bar at Arborland. However, the Maple Village location completely slaughtered my eyebrows . I asked repeatedly to not take off too much. One eyebrow is short and pencil thin , they aren’t even close to matching and I have been growing them out for years. Absolutely horrible . My haircut was amazing and I’m happy with that, and have a return appointment for highlights . Do not go here for tint and wax . I could not have been more clear and she ruined my brows. Just awful. I enjoyed shopping there the team was very friendly and helpful the girl at the MAC makeup counter was very helpful I bought all new Mac makeup I will be back and glad it's there we really need it in Ann Arbor highly recommended
