I wanted to give a review for our Wonderful experience today at Ulta in Arborland Mall today, Thursday April 30th around 3:30pm to 4. I can't remember her name but she was a younger lady with straight dark hair & was working in the Clinique section. I brought my three nieces into the store last Friday along with my son and another cousin. The kids were being silly and laughing and they put blue makeup on my son’s arm. The ladies behind the counter were so sweet and helped my son get all the makeup off his arms. They could have gotten after the kids but instead, they laughed along with them and I almost burst into tears and sobbed right there - because those ladies had no idea that my three nieces had just tragically lost their brother that day. Writing this just to say that Alicia J. was so helpful and kind hearted today when I was in a rush to grab and go in a store that can be very overwhelming. She was so patient with my questions and made sure that I was all set to go before I checked out at the register! Highly recommend her if you need help because her energy was so calming and guiding. I had a great experience at this store today! I am not a professional when it comes to makeup whatsoever. Nadia helped me find a perfect match for my foundation and concealer, and also showed me an awesome makeup remover. She was so kind and helpful! Thank you!!
