Store is almost always very clean and staff are really great. They’re always willing to help without feeling pushy. Out of the dozens of times I’ve been to this store I’ve had maybe 2 less than stellar experiences and they weren’t that bad. Really just a welcoming place.
Upon arriving at the store the first associate told us about a promo where we could mix scents for free. No other associate in the building had a clue what we were talking about when asked after I was ready to “mix” the brands that were mentioned in the promo. Finally I decide on a fragrance and secure the last of that kind in the store. Got an amazing color correction done by Kendra! She is very experienced, skilled, and amazing at what she does. I will definitely be retuning regularly and I HIGHLY recommend booking with her!
Terrible customer service! Purchased items online for pick up in store. Went to the store to pick up and I changed my mind and wanted to return. They stated they could not return until the next day. Spend 30 minutes driving there and now I have to drive back another day and waist another 30 minutes. Why can’t I return something I already purchased? Staff didn’t care at all! Not shopping here again!
Beware, customers! I purchased an expensive neck cream here - with their buy one get one 50%. The first cream was ok, but the second container, which I unfortunately didn’t open until I finished the first one, was used and completely empty except for a bit of dried up remnants (gross)! Someone had used it up, returned it, and the store didn’t bother to check it was actually intact and sold as new.
