Beware, customers! I purchased an expensive neck cream here - with their buy one get one 50%. The first cream was ok, but the second container, which I unfortunately didn’t open until I finished the first one, was used and completely empty except for a bit of dried up remnants (gross)! Someone had used it up, returned it, and the store didn’t bother to check it was actually intact and sold as new. I was in there on Christmas Eve looking for a face oil i had been searching for at other Ulta stores with no luck. Nadya the store manager asked me if I needed help with anything I said yes I showed her a picture of the oil I was looking for and she went right to work helping me find it. I was happy to see they had some left. I just wanted to say thank you to Nadya for helping me I appreciate good and care service.

Kate was very condescending and rude. Told me I could not purchase any or gift card without a phone number. Told her don't have one to give, then she turns to my younger daughters and ask for the mother's # while I told the cashier no number to give out. Kate....if you don't like customers and can't be respectful....then don't get a job that's customer facing.
