So I order a brow product for pickup. I have my phone and order number. I left my purse in the car. I showed them my phone where the order id etc and they wouldn’t give me my paid for order! So I had to walk back to my car to get my license. New policy she said. Ulta lets people come in and steal with no consequence but a legit playinum member can’t pick up an order they prepaid for. The math ain’t mathing sweetheart.
