Nice place clean lots of options for my girls
Two stars is generous. There is one manager there who makes the whole experience a zero star. Very unprofessional and rude. On my worst day I am not half as snotty as she makes her whole personality. I don't even want to run in for something I need anymore because she is a nightmare of a person. Please address this Ulta, it seems I'm not the only one unworthy of shopping in queen b's store.
I am not a makeup girly but I wanted a little razzle dazzle for a party I was going to (Dec14,25) but my mua canceled last minute. I panicked and went to ulta to see if I could get lashes done but the person that does them was gone for the day. Mona tried to set an appointment but I told her it was for a party starting in a few hours so she took me to the lash section and gave me about a 5 min lesson on how to do them myself and hyped me up with the best pep talk.
