Bad staff .not welcoming
The staff @ Ultra has always been welcoming and very informational.
Saw Madi at the brow bar and she did a phenomenonal job. She really respected my brows natural shape and enhanced them beautifully. I rarely ever leave reviews for anything but Madi really deserves a shout out! 10/10 Thank you Madi
I’ve never had a problem in this store before today. I went into return to items that i paid with on my debit card (with my pin i didn’t run it as credit) and i was told over the phone that i would be able to a cash refund instead of it going back on my card and when i got in the store she told me my only option was to get a store credit. i had my receipt, it was within 30 days of the purchase, so i just don’t understand why i couldn’t do my refund the way i was told i would be able too over the phone.
