3 employees in Clinique coats standing around talking, not one asked if I needed help. Will go to Novi or White Lake where my patronage is valued. The older woman running the check out was wonderful, however.

last saturday i had two appointments for prom, hair with laike and makeup with jen. laike was amazing, jen not so much. the experience went downhill as soon as she started. with the lashes and overall makeup, i left feeling judged, uncomfortable asking for changes, and disappointed with how the makeup looked and lasted. laike: no complaints about laike. she was amazing and super fun to talk to. i got a blowout and curls, she did a great job on my hair, it lasted for like 3 days lol. when the lash situation wasn’t working, sh... read more

I’ve never written a bad review before but I have consistently had terribly experiences at this location. I went in just looking for a few items and was completely ignored by everyone in the store. I even said hello to multiple employees and they didn’t even bother to look in my direction. As someone who works in customer service, this should be unacceptable to a brand.

Usually I have great service at the Ulta hair salon, where im greeted and seated within the first few minutes of being there. Today I booked with Kelsey H. There was no greeting, zero acknowledgement, and thanked her client for patience as i continued to wait for her service. Book under Kelsey if time is not of value to you.
