Usually I have great service at the Ulta hair salon, where im greeted and seated within the first few minutes of being there. Today I booked with Kelsey H. There was no greeting, zero acknowledgement, and thanked her client for patience as i continued to wait for her service. Book under Kelsey if time is not of value to you.

Catherine the sale manager helped with a return but acted super bothered and just short with me. The cashier was very friendly however didn’t get the name, mia is in the receipt? Had short black hair a cute septum ring! Anyways i wanted a refund for a service very poorly done at the salon and she just was super unfriendly.
