I’m writing this review because this is my second distasteful interaction with the employee, Rachel. My first interaction with her was very passive aggressive and unprofessional. She acted like I offended her by asking if her register was open and she treated me very rudely even though I meant no harm. This store used to be great but with new management this place has really went down hill
Total was $104. I had a gift card. I said I don’t know how much I have on there but let’s find out. She scanned it and said I had no money on it. She asked me if I wanted her to just throw it away. I told her no I’d like to keep it… knowing I had money on there. The pin pad was asking for a pin number from the gift card, so I entered my pin number from my gift card. I love this location! The staff is normally very polite and helpful. I recently went in after having my makeup professionally done, and the store associate was able to successfully find a color match for my lip gloss!
This store experience was absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend the store to any anybody looking for Make Up skin care. Lerna made sure I left with all the right product that suited my face absolutely amazing young lady. The Estée Lauder lady was also very helpful Faye. I had such a great experience
