Yesterday, I booked a makeup appointment at Ulta Beauty in Farmington Hills with Kamia B. for my daughter’s graduation makeup. In the appointment notes, I specifically stated that the makeup was for a graduation, and when my daughter sat down in the chair, she also clearly requested a natural look. I’m writing this review because this is my second distasteful interaction with the employee, Rachel. My first interaction with her was very passive aggressive and unprofessional. She acted like I offended her by asking if her register was open and she treated me very rudely even though I meant no harm.
