The employees here are standing around paralyzed and have no clue about the products in the store. What is the point? Just fire everyone and put in a self checkout as the people who work here just add confusion and can barely function socially or speak English well enough to be helpful. 0 customer service or common sense.
I had an amazing experience with Marissa (mua) hopefully | remembered her name right lol. She was so sweet. She very knowledgeable on all the products and especially on color for different skin shades and under tones. She took her time to help me find the perfect foundation for my neutral undertone, concealer and setting powder. plus i got a free gift with my purchase. thank you 🫶🏾
went here to return an item from my online order today. The cashier was VERY rude. Said she couldn’t find my order under my phone number so I gave her my order number & receipt on my phone, and she proceeded to toss my phone back to me across the counter. Then, she said I was returning an item that was not in my order history (she put in an incorrect order#).
