My favorite store is ulta especially this location I wanna say all the girls who work there are very nice and helpful but there is a very nice lady called Jaki She always help me with makeup and give me her honest feedback about each product and explain to you how to use it and if it matches you or not and many other things Thank you jaki
Truly amazing staff! The manager gentlemen went above and beyond and his amazing staff member truly treated me with care and kindness. I have never been happier.
Wow… I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I walked into the store at 5:39 PM, and instead of being greeted with a simple “hello,” I was immediately met with, “We’re closing soon.” When I asked what time they closed in confusion, the employee responded in a condescending tone, “Uhm, today is Sunday, we close at 6,” which was still 21 minutes away.
