It all depends on the day. Sometimes they treat you great. Other times they call you a boy. I never know if I will have fun shopping or leave feeling hurt. The great staff members outshine the lazy ones that still live in the 50’s regarding gender. Overall I cant promise it’s trans safe here. Maybe someday…

Went into Ulta recently and Autumn, the lead cashier, I believe, ended up paying my balance for me and I don’t know how I can even pay her back it was so nice of her to do AND it was even the girl’s bday before LIKE she shouldn’t have to be the one to pay or anything! I was so pleasantly surprised and can’t thank her enough, honestly. I hope I can run into her again sometime and thank her
