My wife went there for make up and to cut her hair. They did a whole different style than what she wanted and tried given 10% off, thinking it’s gonna make it better but money don’t matter if you’re not happy with the results.
This review is for the salon not the store. The employees absolutely do not know how to do hair. WHO HIRES THESE PEOPLE???? I’ve had services done from 5 different stylists. Only 2 of them knew how to do hair. (And both of them aren’t there anymore, hmmm I wonder why) The rest are just unbelievably unqualified. I think I’m done with this place.
