Called looking for A liter sized conditioner, even said the liter size the big bottle they tell me yes they have them. I’m like OK cool I’m 20 minutes away. I’m getting in the car right now and come up there and get them get to the store has to wait 10 to 15 minutes because no one knows what I’m talking about after I just called them. They come to the counter with the wrong conditioner and then goes oh the one you want yeah we only have them in the small bottles, so total waste of an hour of my time thanks.👎
I went there to smell some perfumes and I got helped by Cendal she was so sweet and patient with me

I'm not from the area, though I visited Ulta for the first time and was really well welcomed ! Employees Tiana and Connor answered all my questions and got my makeup right. They made sure to get exactly what I wanted with a lot of examples and even getting second opinions from their other coworkers to be extra sure. Tiana did a good job at explaining some hair care services that Ulta gives that i had no clue about, but will def be looking forward to my next visit.
