I love that I’m able to return or exchange products with no hassle if I’m not pleased with it. I just exchanged a hair perfume that I thought I liked, and now I’m super happy. I think you just need a receipt/account and 80% of the product left.

CRYSTALLLLL she saved my eyebrows! She showed me how to correctly shape and fill my brows and color matched my concealer and it was PERFECT! Ulta needs to give her a raise because she was extremely kind and professional. She helped me pick the correct products without any pressure!
