Terrible customer service by Rebekah. I came in the store to do a return yesterday and was told that they would be “cracking down” on the returns (not sure what that meant or how true it was) and she also loudly said “wow you do a lot of returns” I had to bring an additional item back today and again had Rebekah as the cashier. She asked me if I had tried the items I told her yes and she said “you really need to stop returning things” I asked her if there was a policy on the amount of returns she told me no and then asked me... read more
