Update: went back same day after 5pm to try again. Meriba (sp?) Saved the day! She was so helpful, patient and positive. Really appreciate her professionalism. So kind, so helpful. 2.25.26 afternoon, horrible experience. No greeting. Had to track a team members down to help me find a brand. She showed me the brand and quickly left. Couldn't find the product I was looking for. Which was $44. The girl turned and left as soon as we were close to the brand. Didn't ask if she could help locate what I was looking for. I love this store! They always have what I need, the gals are friendly and super-helpful, and I leave feeling good about my experiences!
This is a large ulta store, with tons of options. My favorite part however was being left to shop in peace. I was initially greeted when walking in and that was it. Also at checkout I had Sharon, and she was kind and gave me some reassurance on some moisturizer I was buying. Overall the store was clean and peaceful.
Need better ventilation.... perfume controlled the WHOLE store
