Looking for hair accessories online. Per website, items I were interested in available at the store. Walked in, and was nearly knocked over by an employee who demanded to know what I wanted. Employee was slow to direct me to the accessories area. I did find and purchase items; they were for a gift. It seems Ulta does not want disabled customers. Never felt welcome; staff seems uncomfortable with disabilities.
Always difficult to get assistance. Even more so if you are not buying the expensive products. If you are buying the less expensive products you can find better selection and prices at stores like Meijer, Target, or Walmart.
