The two girls up front, one’s a short Mexican girl with a bun in her hair and the other was taller with curly hair (didn’t have makeup on either which is crazy for an ulta employee) they both were snotty, rude and unhelpful regarding an online order I placed. Absolutely will not shop there if they’re present.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful!!! Two people asked if I needed help and the second time I actually did and she told me to meet her at a specific place in the store and brought another employee for helpful suggestions as well. The cashier was extremely friendly as well and made sure I got my points
