Awful customer service. I bought a lip liner and when I got home and opened it, it was completely damaged. I had to drive 20 minutes back to the store just to exchange it. I showed the employee the damaged product and asked if I could open the replacement before leaving to make sure it was actually okay, and she said yes. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced at Ulta after saving for it. Unfortunately, the person performing the piercing had very long nails and pierced her ears incorrectly. It was crooked and painful, ruining what should have been a joyful moment. Despite the poor outcome, we were still charged, and I had to remove the earrings later. This left me hesitant to ever try again. I hope Ulta considers more careful procedures to avoid this for other families.
