Kayla at Ulta was amazing with me. In less than 3 minutes, she found what I was looking for. I needed concealer in which took me forever to color match and narrow it down to what I needed. As soon as she ended with her current client, she walked up to me and helped me with a smile then got to product I needed for my upgraded makeup. Also, she knows the precise skincare in the product to help better your skin needs and tips on how to well manage your skin. ✨️
I had one of the worst salon experiences of my life at Ulta Salon. I went in on Sunday asking stylist Jenfs to keep the same haircut style I already had, only half an inch shorter. Instead, she completely changed the shape of my haircut into something I never asked for. I sat in her chair for almost an hour and a half and the final result looked nothing like what I requested.
