Very disappointing experience (October 27, 2025, between 6–8 PM) at this Ulta location. The same cashier once again kept our change، this time nearly $50 ، after we paid $500 for a total of $453 (including a $5 tip). She acted rushed and distracted, saying “thank you, have a good day” to push us away without returning anything. This isn’t the first time; she did the exact same thing before and we ignored it then.
