Love Ulta. You can find so much here!! Used their salon a few times and my hair stylist was awesome. Too bad she left :-(
I booked a blowout at Ulta with Julia and was initially impressed when my appointment started early and the front staff were welcoming. Terrible experience. So quick to judge you from the moment you walk in. :/ Sorry I'm a tired mom who spent all day working outside in the rain, so I didnt look my best. Security guard posted by the door and the manager personally opening the door just for me and my 9 year old, while claiming to "need air", when in reality she was hoping to catch me stealing.
