I came in and asked for a product recommendation and the woman at the make-up counter (she didn't have a name tag) asked me about my skin care routine. The first product I told her I used she proceeded to tell me how awful it was (a product I have used for years with no issues). When I asked for more information, she just told me to Google it. Nicholas is amazing, they helped to guide me through great products that are also affordable. I really appreciate the time they took with me and answering all of my questions, suggesting new products and explaining why.
I visited this location on 4/9, first thing at open. Being in a bind to find something quickly for a meeting, I walked up to the front counter to ask if Ulta had anything to cover up tattoos like KVD. Morgan said they didn’t carry that anymore but she named two different brands and then walked me over to her first suggestion. She did not walk off afterwards like some employees do, she explained why it works well, took the time to match my color and tested a small area, showed me how it’s buildable.
