I just visited and had such a bad experience. I was walking around like I always do, checking everything out. I was standing by the ulta products wall near the cash register and I hear the guy say on his headset “she’s by the wall” or something like that and I look up because there’s nobody else by the wall and I see another employee walking towards me. I love going to see Robbi at the salon at Ulta! She is INCREDIBLE! Ive always had an amazing time booking with her, so far me & Robbi have been having our appointments for a year straight! What I noticed is that with most stylists now; they’re TOO scared to take you blonde, but with Robbi I have always been able to get the extra shade I want, that flat classic soft 2000s blonde shade.
