I had no idea Ulta had a hair salon! I desperately needed to get my hair done and Abby put the exact color gloss on my hair that I was looking for!
Anniston W in the salon did such a beautiful job on my hair today! So happy with her artistry
When I went to this location everything else was a priority but the customer. There was a lady walking around and couldn’t even bother to help me. I was in shock because normally people are friendly and very help but today the vibe felt different. I decided to try a different makeup store and their customer service was above and beyond. I’m going to avoid this location from now on
I made the mistake of coming in here today to wax my brows with Courtney K. Don't do it! Don't even think about getting your eyebrows waxed here, she butchered my brows! She literally waxed them in half!! She waxed all the hair on the side and they were choppy. This is the worst eyebrow wax I have had in my life!! Amanda Bynes bad.. TERRIBLE job! You've been warned.
Staff is great! They were very helpful with finding me my correct foundation color before I had to be in a wedding.
