Soraya changed my life by switching my foundations I love love love her
i've been to the store in Peabody mass multiple times recently hoping to get help with color match. I always find the store understaffed. If I am lucky enough to find someone to assist the store is stocked inadequately and they do not have what I need.
This locations stock is NEVER accurate. 99% of the time parts of my order get canceled because their stock was incorrect. I miss out on discounts shopping in store all the time because of the stocking issues. It’s very frustrating. The vibes are kind of uncomfortable too, handful of the staff I’ve interacted with weren’t very kind, I always feel like I’m providing customer service to them.
Please hire makeup artists that know how to shade match women of color. The last time I was shade matched for a foundation the woman treated me like an inconvenience and wasted 20+ minutes of my time because she didn’t know what she was doing. I came in today to shade match myself since no one here knows how to shade match, and once I finally found a worker I asked her if it looked orange and she said “Yes yes it does it’s too warm” and turned back to the person she was speaking to.
