Great experience with multiple stylists!
If I could give this store a half star, i would. No air conditioning on the hottest day of the year, WHICH MEANS ULTA could care less if their employees suffer from heat stroke, nor did they care if their customers dropped from heat stroke. One employee is the only one with decent customer service skills, and when i say decent, i mean bare minimum. the other employees DEFINITELY need customer service training. All these huge companies just hire people to meet a quota, but they don't train!
Good selection of products and very helpful staff
The girls are all very nice. Its just bullshit that after going there for over 10yrs I suddenly have to pay full price EXTRA to get your hair blown dry. They will do a rough dry, whatever that is but it says on website you get a blow dry with any color service. It would be assumed that you leave the salon with a great blow dry with a color, not a rough dry.
