I had an extremely disappointing experience with Emily at Ulta Beauty. From the moment I approached her, she seemed irritated that I was even asking for assistance. Her facial expressions and body language made it clear that helping guests was the last thing she wanted to do. Terrible curbside. I pulled into the allotted parking spot, checked in, and waited almost thirty minutes. When I called they said, “Oh, I guess we didn’t hear it.” No apology at any point. Why have curbside if you don’t have a system to actually accomplish it or someone paying attention to it?
