You guys need to hire nicer employees. Kaylee checked me out today was one of the most unpleasant humans I’ve ever had to interact with. She’s incredibly rude.
If you’re going to say you have items in stock online at the store then maybe have someone update it so I’m not wasting my time coming here to not even have someone offer to check the back and just look at the display and go oh I guess there’s none. Stores a mess and everything is unstocked and sticky. Last time I came I had great service and help but this time was a complete waste of my day.
Gabby is amazing. There was another girl who helped me out too but i didn’t get her name. She said shes a makeup artist and has curly hair. The two of them were so kind, helpful and provided amazing customer service. They both deserve raises! 💕
