My wife was able to find a really great foundation and concealer thanks to the associate Crystal. She is a superstar. Found a perfect match as well with Juvia products without breaking the bank.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Ulta Beauty. And here I’m talking about the manager at this store, who made me feel discriminated against. I placed an order online with a 50% coupon and went to pick it up the next day. I used my English name (the one I use for work, payroll, and daily life in the U.S.) instead of my Chinese legal name.
