Got my hair done by Lilly, who was so kind and helpful. Even given the circumstances of certain products being out. She did her best with what she had to work with, and my hair turned out great! I would 100% be a returning client to Lilly!! There was another stylist there, who I believe name is Alda (not 100% sure), but she was extremely rude and unprofessional to her colleagues, in front of clients and customers. Horrible, rude customer service! I usually avoid Ulta because the stores tend to be messy, but my boyfriend wanted to do something nice and get me a gift. We walked the aisles excited, trying to decide what to buy, and it was immediately off-putting to see how dirty and disorganized everything was—makeup and perfume stands were dirty, hair tool accessories were sticky and out of place (I actually put some back myself).
