I love ulta, but it’s SO hard to get someone to help you at this location. I had asked a rep to help me find a product and they told me they went to the back to search for it. They came back and didn’t even let me know if they found it or not. This rep helped three other people after me and even stood in the same isle I was in helping another person. I understand if they’re understaffed, but this rep didn’t even get back to me about what had I asked for. At least tell me if you found it instead of wasting my time.

The service is terrible! There's never anyone to help you, there aren't many employees for a big store! I left several times without being served! Hire employees or close this store!
