Excellent customer service !! Elena helped me find the product i didn’t know i needed ! I expressed to her about a previous product that I had used and how I loved it, but I needed something a little less oily ,that still gave me the same results. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable she was with the information that I gave to her and found me the perfect product to meet my needs. She was very patient with me as we color matched. I realize it's an “Ulta-thing”, but the group of women at the entrance creates a tense atmosphere that feels more like inspection than welcoming. A friendly greeting like, "Hi, let us know if you need anything," would be more appropriate. Instead, they give off a velvet-rope vibe while standing next to shampoo shelves. I’m there to buy products, not audition for entry into the Sisterhood of the Laminated Brow.

I came to this location to buy a new dyson air wrap and one of the ladies who checked me out was very pushy about doing an application that would save me 20% off my purchase. I asked if it was a credit card and she said no that it was just an application and that I could cancel it right after. She said multiple times to just apply for this for the discount then cancel it. Out of the two other locations, I have been to this one here seems to be the one with the nicer staff in my opinion. Especially when you have no idea on products, they’re pretty helpful and don’t judge you because you’re looking for an inexpensive product.

I can’t recommend Sargon enough! I’ve been to him twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making sure his clients love their hair. He takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for, explains the process, and delivers beautiful results. My blonde feels bright, dimensional, and healthy. The entire experience is comfortable and professional from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
