This store is terrible. I’m not sure if it’s the location or if it’s all Ulta stores but no one ever freaking helps me. The employees are rude and never know a damn thing
Lots of good products and very clean store! Customer service is extremely hit or miss, but usually the former! I don't go in often but most times I am greated, asked if I need assistance, general friendly attitude ECT. But eeeevery once in a while I get completely ignored and not even told bye or anything after I purchase something. Normally that's no big deal but I'm still a beginner when it comes to makeup. Still a 5 star worthy store!
I walked in Ulta yesterday and was greeted with a beautiful smile. Miss KaLiyah first gave us a flyer then asked how she could help us. I told her something smell really good and come to find out, it was her. Lol She showed us what she had on and I purchased immediately. She has EXCELLENT customer service and a beautiful smile to match. I enjoy shopping at Ulta!
