They was out of one of the things we was looking for but the other 2 they had. When we asked an associate they just answered middle of the store area werent very helpful at all

Lacking in customer service. Employees passed by us (in the perfume department) without any acknowledgement at all. Finally had to ask to make purchase. Then waited in a line of 6 customers. Each transaction took as long as opening a home loan.

This is the second time in the last month I have had a terrible experience with this Ulta location. I got there this morning right as the doors were unlocked to return a product and purchase some more items for Christmas gifts. There were no customers at the registers due to the fact that I was the first one in the store. I walked up and stood at the register an employee was at.. she looked at me on 3 different occasions and walked off talking to the other employee that was back there.
