Do not work or shop at this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve faced retaliation and harassment for speaking up about the unethical and dangerous work environment. The work culture is terrible and the managers are so disrespectful towards employees and customer's. They also do not take doctors notes and are not accommodating towards people with medical conditions, disabilities, or a family life. The customer service is horrible. I've come to this location numerous times and I have only been asked if I needed assistance once. Everyone else just walks around pretending to fix something, makes occasional eye contact and then looks away like they don't want to be there or assist. Customer service training needs to be refreshed!
